We're hiring a full-time Window Cleaning Technician. No experience needed - we pay you to train.

The Pay

  • $18/hr paid training, then $20-$24/hr based on performance
  • Keep 100% of customer tips + a bonus for every 5-star review you earn
  • Strong days reach $30-$35/hr with tips and bonuses
  • 35-40 hrs/week in season, mostly weekdays

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record
  • Comfortable with heights (2-story ladders) and physical work
